_Designed for managers identified by their organizations as emerging leaders, this workshop prepares participants for leading in the new world of business where adapting quickly to changing conditions in the marketplace and inside the organization will increasingly become a company’s Unique Value Differentiator. The new reality of “leading around corners”, i.e., managing inflection points in front of the curve, raises the bar for emerging leaders. Entrepreneurial leaders will learn how to build capable networks that extend their influence and reach across the organization. Facilitated outcome: Participants will complete entrepreneurial self-assessments and develop their six month Entrepreneurial Capabilities Strategic Plan. (Minimum: Full day)

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn what it takes to level the digital playing field starting with where you are today. Learn how to effectively use the right tools at the right time. Bring your laptop, netbook, or tablet. Facilitated outcome: Participants complete a three to six month career timeline and Digital Action Plan. (Minimum: 4 hours / Recommended: full day)

_ A key aspect of building your organizational influence inside the company includes extending your reach outside the company by sharing your knowledge gems with others. Facilitated outcome: In this hands-on workshop, participants will explore their differentiating story, develop and brand their story, and discover how to share it in compelling ways that inspire and motivate others to learn from you. (Minimum: 4 hours)
