Melba-Linda Schertler is a native Australian who settled in Bavaria, Germany after working in the US, Austria and England. In Germany, Melba has been working for multi-national companies in the field of communication, since 1971. Today Melba is a business coach and director of International Communication Coaching which includes effective communication through a unique and powerful program where horses are the co-coaches for learning and honing key leadership skills.
Melba and her company Horse-Alliance (www.horse-alliance.com) also work together with Gerhard and Karin Krebs, owners of G & K HorseDream GmbH (www.horsedream.com) the pioneers of horse-assisted management training in Europe, and the co-founders of the European Association for Horse Assisted Education (EAHAE).
